«Let someone tell you there are no jobs at DefTech without experience,» he wrote.
According to Pavlyuk, the problem of employment for graduates of technical specialties, in particular hardware-related fields, has existed for years. Young engineers could often count on either «factory worker» positions or roles without clear development prospects.
Now, he says, other opportunities are emerging — with training, salary increases, and work on complex engineering products.
«I remember when I was a student at KPI and often heard from friends who graduated from hardware specialties that it was difficult to find a job in their specialty. Not just as a factory worker, but one with training and the opportunity to grow, with a regular salary increase, with an interesting and complex project. Then I just sympathized, but now I have great opportunities!», he wrote and added several positions for which he is expecting candidates.
This concerns, in particular, the following open positions:
Junior Embedded Engineer;
Junior FPGA Engineer;
REA engineer.
Companies are willing to hire candidates without commercial experience, but expect a strong engineering background and a desire to develop.
