Serhiy Dankovich, a software developer, released the mobile application Deadsign: Your Life in Weeks, which allows the user to visualize the most important thing — time.

The idea is the famous concept of «life in weeks» by Tim Urban: if you draw each week of your life in the form of a cell, it will all fit on one sheet of paper. Serhiy turned it into an application. «At first, it was an idea that I wanted to implement only for myself. But then I thought: why not share the application with everyone? It turned out that publishing the application is not so easy… Closed testing, involving friends (when everyone has an iPhone, and the application is on Android), Google checks… But it was incredibly in-ter-est-ing!», he wrote on LinkedIn.

According to the developer, Deadsign is a calm, minimalist productivity tool designed to help users visualize the most important thing they have: time. «By transforming your life cycle into a clear table of weeks, you gain the perspective you need to focus on what really matters,» the app’s description says.

The user enters their date of birth and life expectancy and sees all their weeks on the screen at once. Past weeks are marked, future weeks are blank. Plus personalized insights that appear at the right moment, and custom reminders.

«It’s a simple reflection tool that helps you stay on top of what’s important with custom reminders,» says the developer. The app is minimalistic and does one thing: remind you that there’s less time than you think.
