Analyze resumes and offer vacancies: State Employment Service launches AI tool for job search

The AI ​​tool , developed by IT specialists of the State Employment Service, has the following capabilities:

• filters vacancies by description, city or salary level;
• searches for vacancies by keywords;
• analyzes resumes and offers vacancies;
• If you upload your CV to the site, the system will analyze your experience, skills, and education, and offer career opportunities.

"The advantages of the new service are reliability, autonomy, and a high level of confidentiality. Unlike global platforms, this tool guarantees full control over data," the State Service said in a statement.

The resume exists in the system only for a few seconds, necessary for processing, and is automatically deleted immediately after the vacancy is selected.

“This eliminates any possibility of using your personal information on third-party resources,” the service notes.

Another advantage of the AI ​​assistant, which is still in test mode, is that it is tailored to the unique needs of the Ukrainian labor market.
