From June 1, document sharing in «Diia» will become paid for banks and financial institutions, which must pay a one-time fee of UAH 21,617 for connecting to the service, and then UAH 9.8 for each successful document transaction.
According to Oleksiy Vovk, head of the Diya implementation team, the average number of document shares per month exceeds 1.3 million.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs also plans to monetize Diia.Signature and Diia.OAuth for legal entities.
Diia.OAuth is an upcoming electronic identification service that will allow partners to authenticate their users through interactions with the Diia portal.
Also in June, the ministry plans to launch a beta version of an AI agent on the «Diia» portal. It will be a chatbot based on a large language model that will answer citizens' questions in a live dialogue format.
«Anything that doesn’t look like ChatGPT no longer meets people’s expectations. „Diia“ should transform into „Diia AI“. Within six months, „Diia“ will become a chat.
