The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution that paves the way for the creation of a comprehensive digital employment ecosystem "Obriy" in the application and on the "Diya" portal.
"Obriy" will unite state services, educational institutions, and local authorities, creating a single digital entry point for Ukrainians.
The following services will soon appear in "Diya" in an updated and transparent format:
Obtaining unemployment status and obtaining appropriate benefits.
Official release for citizens staying in temporarily occupied territories.
Receiving grants for training, retraining or confirmation of qualifications (up to UAH 15,000).
The Obriy system will ensure quick processing of applications thanks to automatic verification of data in the Pension Fund, the State Employment Center, and other registers.
In the following updates, Obriy will integrate elements of artificial intelligence to improve career guidance and forecast market needs:
AI-matching: The system will automatically identify who has lost their job and select individual offers of professions, courses and vacancies based on skills, experience and location.
Forecasting: Real-time analytics will help governments and businesses predict demand for specialists and needs for new skills.
The "Obriy" project is aimed at adult citizens, especially those who have lost their jobs due to the war, need to change their profession or confirm their qualifications. It is implemented without additional costs for the state, within the limits of available budgets and international assistance.
Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Affairs announced the launch of a new service for drivers. Through "Diya", you will be able to keep your license plates after re-registering your vehicle or replacing your technical passport, and then assign them to a new one.
