IT job search platform Djinni has blocked the profiles of 65 recruiters representing 45 companies. The sanctions were imposed due to systematic ignoring of job seekers' feedback and zero feedback rate.
IT job search platform Djinni has blocked the profiles of 65 recruiters representing 45 companies. The sanctions were imposed due to systematic ignoring of job seekers' feedback and zero feedback rate.
The service announced this on its official pages on social networks.
According to the platform, the deactivated recruiters had a zero response rate over the past four weeks. They also had no active ATS (Applicant Transfer System) and no successful hire notifications. Djinni suggests that these accounts were not used for actual job placement, but rather to collect contact information for recruiters.
Statistics show that over the past 30 days, these recruiters have collectively ignored almost 3,000 requests from candidates. In total, 58 published vacancies were ignored.
The service team notes that as a result of the database cleaning, the number of available vacancies online has decreased slightly. However, this step should improve the market: the developers hope that now candidates will have a much better chance of getting a real response to their reviews.
Previously, the Djinni platform published a selection of the highest-paid IT jobs that appeared in June. In Ukraine, there are four jobs with salaries of $8,000–8,500, and abroad, there are five more jobs with salaries of $8,000–10,000.
