The format is built on the principle of «one skill — one insight», which can be applied immediately in work. Each byte is a specific skill that has influenced the career path of experts involved in the topic of product IT.
The selection opens with a topic with recommendations from the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, dedicated to strategic thinking. He shares his vision of how the ability to think several steps ahead helps to see opportunities, assess risks, and make decisions that bring results.

As a reminder, in May 2025, the national platform «Diia.Osvita» launched a new section «Skill Bytes» with short video lessons for daily development. Today, the platform already has 295 educational byte videos on the topics of digital literacy, working with AI, cyber hygiene, entrepreneurship, programming, management, career, and self-development.
