Volodymyr Vasenko, a 55-year-old resident of the city of Zinkov, made air sleds.
Volodymyr Vasenko He has been interested in technology since childhood. He made the first version of such a sled with an engine and a rotor in the ninth grade, but it was weak and did not go up the hill.

Later, the inventor improved the sled: he carved a wooden screw 1.7 meters wide, bought a new engine, starter, welded the frame, and replaced the flywheel. The man has been riding such an air sled through the streets of Zinkov for over 10 years.
«These are self-propelled sleds that move with the thrust of a propeller, which is powered by an internal combustion engine. It’s like a moped, but only the sled needs snow, because it won’t go that way,» Volodymyr Vasenko told Suspilny.
In addition to the air sled, the inventor personally assembled a ZIL truck, into which he installed an engine from Mercedes-Benz. The man works on the car.
«To make it livelier, I installed such an engine. I do everything with my own hands, I use different spare parts. I’m not afraid to experiment and most importantly, I have the desire, so everything works out,» added Volodymyr.
