«This collection is a reminder of what makes us stronger not only as professionals, but also as people,» the developer says. Here are what he considers to be fundamental skills:

1. Active listening. Listen to understand, not to respond. Real connection begins when we stop thinking about our own response.
2. Clear communication. Speak simply about complex things. Your message is valuable when it is understood.
3. Conflict resolution skills. Don’t look for blame — look for solutions. The sooner you discuss a problem, the less likely it is to escalate into drama.
4. Time management. Priorities are not a to-do list, but a choice of what really matters. Not everything that is urgent is important.
5. Adaptability. Change is not the enemy. It is a challenge. And the one who can change the route quickly will arrive first.
6. Creative problem solving. When the usual solutions don’t work, it’s time to come up with new ones. This is where true value is born.
7. Emotional intelligence. Understand yourself to understand others. Sometimes this is more important than any experience.
8. The ability to accept feedback. Instead of defense, gratitude. Instead of «I know everything», «thank you, I will take it into account.»
9. Quality of decision-making. You won’t always have all the information. But that’s when your decision will show who you really are.
10. Collaboration. Alone is fast. Together is powerful. Your strength grows in a team.
