The press service of the financial institution warned about the disruptions in the systems in its official appeal to clients.
"Dear customers! Due to another wave of Russian shelling during the day of September 17, 2026, there may be disruptions in the operation of Oschadbank's electronic services for private and business clients," the bank said in a statement.
The bank assured that specialists are already making every effort to restore stable operation of all systems as soon as possible. Users may experience temporary unavailability of the bank's main mobile application, as well as electronic services intended for servicing legal entities.
"Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience!" added Oschadbank representatives.
