The relevant agreement was concluded during the WINWIN Summit by the First Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and Mati Stanishevsky, co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs. It provides for the integration of the company’s voice AI and agent technologies into state services developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation. ElevenLabs technologies will allow citizens to receive services and consultations simply by voicing their request in the chat
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is already using ElevenLabs technologies. At the IT Arena in Lviv, Mykhailo Fedorov announced the Ministry of Digital Transformation' cooperation with the company and demonstrated a «digital twin» — a chatbot that communicates in text and the minister’s voice, accepting ideas, complaints, and resumes.
Now the department plans to integrate voice technologies into «Diia», «Mriya», and «Diia.Education».
«Interaction with the state should be as simple as communicating with relatives on messengers. To do this, we are integrating artificial intelligence into state services so that you can receive services as easily as ordering delivery or a taxi,» said Mykhailo Fedorov.
Recall that last fall, ElevenLabs added support for over 20 languages. Among them were Ukrainian, Polish, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, and Arabic.
In early 2025, ElevenLabs technology translated a 3-hour interview between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and famous US blogger Lex Friedman. The conversation can be watched and listened to in three languages simultaneously — English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
