In October 2024, the staff of the EPAM Ukrainian office increased by 170 IT specialists: 57 — Junior and 113 — Middle+. For comparison, in October last year, 16 juniors and 29 Senior+ level specialists were hired, DOU writes .
In total, in 2024, more than 450 Junior-level IT staff joined the EPAM Ukrainian office.
We will remind that in the third quarter of 2024, the global staff of EPAM Systems expanded to 53,250 (47,750 IT specialists), which is 600 more than in the second quarter.
Most often, the company is looking for .NET and Data developers, as well as experts in Cloud technologies and Front-end.
"Now we have a steady demand for specialists in niche areas - Security, SAP, Shopify, Golang, Salesforce, Performance Analysis," said DOU Anton Filkevych, Director of Talent Acquisition of EPAM in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
