EPAM has summarized its financial results for 2025. The company reported a rapid growth in annual revenue by 15.4% - to $5.457 billion. The fourth quarter was also successful: revenues amounted to $1.408 billion, which is 12.8% higher than the same period last year.
At the same time, profitability indicators for the year showed mixed dynamics. GAAP operating profit decreased by 4.5% (to $520 million). However, adjusted (Non-GAAP) operating profit increased by 6.7% and amounted to $831.5 million, indicating high margins of the company's core business.
Strong cash generation (nearly $655 million in operating cash flow for the year) allowed EPAM management to actively pursue a share buyback policy. During the fourth quarter of 2025, the company repurchased 1.16 million of its own securities for $223.5 million.
EPAM continues to be one of the largest global employers in the IT sector and in 2025 the company managed to increase the total number of specialists to 62,850 people (at the end of 2024 the staff numbered about 61,200 people).
Previously, the head of EPAM Ukraine, Stepan Mytish, said that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the company has allocated 760 million hryvnias for the EPAM Response program and support for IT projects, on which the company's IT specialists volunteered.
