According to the report, in the second quarter, EPAM Systems' revenue grew by 18% ($206.8 million) compared to the same period last year, reaching $1.353 billion. In the first quarter of 2025, revenue amounted to $1.302 billion.
The EMEA region showed the highest growth ($525 million, up 21.7% year-on-year). It was followed by the Americas ($801 million, up 15.9%) and APAC ($27 million, up 13.0%).
The total number of employees as of June 30, 2025 was approximately 62,050 people. Of these, approximately 55,800 are service professionals (designers, engineers and consultants). The staff has increased by 350 people in three months.
The company expects revenue growth in the third quarter in the range of $1.365 billion to $1.380 billion.
