Polish IT consortium Euvic Group continues its expansion in the Ukrainian IT market. Its next acquisition was the Zhytomyr-based company Diya, which develops IT solutions.
Forbes Ukraine learned about this from Mergewave Capital, which was an advisor during the deal between Euvic and Diya. The amount of the deal is currently unknown.
Cooperation with Ukrainian companies is part of Euvic’s strategy. Over the past two years, Euvic Group has acquired shares in Ukrainian software provider Artkai, Exoft, Kharkiv outsourcer 7Devs, and the WeExpert platform.
In January 2025, Lukasz Chernetsky, Vice President of Euvica and President of Euvic Ukraine, spoke about the completion of the deal for the fifth investment in Ukraine. According to him, this is a company from Lviv, which employs over 80 people and generates about $3 million in revenue.
Diya was founded in 2015 in Zhytomyr and has a representative office in Estonia. Diya recently celebrated its tenth anniversary.
«Over the past decade, we have earned a reputation as a trusted technology partner, a Microsoft partner, providing customized IT solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth,» the company’s description says.
Diya offers the following IT solutions: help desk, customer service, WordPress, Microsoft 365, security service, and IT auditing.
It is reported that about 60 Diya employees will keep their jobs, and the company will continue to operate as Diya under the Euvic Ukraine brand, the report says. Diya co-owner Anatoliy Dobrynskyi said that the company’s joining a large investment group that invests in the Ukrainian IT market opens up opportunities for faster development.
