Ismet Yazici wrote an angry post on his Facebook page about his customer experience with PrivatBank. According to Yazici, the CEO and CIO of the state-owned bank should resign because the person validation service does not withstand any criticism.
"PrivatBank has a CEO. And an IT director? If anyone holds these positions, they should be fired immediately! Because these useless people don't deserve even 1 penny of their salary," Ismet Yazici wrote angrily.
“I have submitted and uploaded documents hundreds of times over the past month, but the weak IT department and IT services of PrivatBank cannot confirm them! I had a video call with my passport in my hand, but they still cannot confirm! I feel sorry to see such people holding such positions without doing anything! Shame on you, PrivatBank!”, — concluded his post ex-CEO of lifecell.
dev.ua contacted the PrivatBank press service to obtain details regarding the incident.
Recall that in December 2023, the mobile operator lifecell was sold to NJJ Capital of French billionaire Xavier Niel. The announced amount of the deal was $525 million. Initially, the deal could not be closed due to the seizure of 19.8% of corporate rights, but later it was closed. In the spring of 2024, Ismet Yazici left the post of CEO of lifecell, as he could not agree with the new owners.
