Features of the approach to creating family residential complexes using the example of the Father residential complex from RIEL

"If a family works from home (for example, in the IT sector) and has a child, then a separate office, a separate children's room, and close access to a kindergarten or school are needed. An important criterion is also a safe yard without cars, where the child can walk independently, as well as the presence of areas for leisure and development," the architect detailed.
