According to him, this transformation is currently underway: in particular, beta testing of receiving consultations for citizens using artificial intelligence is underway, and it will be launched for all users in the near future.

Fedorov said that the use of artificial intelligence in the «Diia» contact center shows results — 52% of questions are closed by artificial intelligence in a dialogue format, and the rest by operators (based on 53.5 thousand requests for June 2025).
