During an event dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of "Diya.City", Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov told why the Ministry of Digital was twice globally "hated" and what actions were organized, reports a dev.ua journalist who attended the event.
"One was from church ministers, when they said that we were digital antichrists. And the second time was when IT people were breaking their laptops, when we wanted to create the "Diya.City" project and adopt it," the official noted.
Fedorov called the process of creating and developing "Diya.City" a "difficult path" and shared the main statistics of what the special economic regime currently consists of:
