Monobank co-founder Dmytro Dubilet's startup Fintech Farm has opened over 40 vacancies: which IT specialists are they looking for?
London-based startup with Ukrainian roots Fintech Farm aims to build a leading neobank in over 50 countries. They have already launched in 4 countries and plan to enter 2 more markets this year. Therefore, the company is expanding its team and has opened new IT vacancies, as well as in business areas and marketing.

Therefore, the company is expanding its team and has opened new IT vacancies, as well as in business areas and marketing.
"Our company Fintech Farm has a mission — to spread cool digital banking around the world, which we, Ukrainians, are used to. The business is growing rapidly, and now we have over 40 vacancies. I would like to invite everyone who is interested in banking or IT to consider joining our team," wrote Fintech Farm co-founder Dmytro Dubilet in Telegram.
Here are the IT specialists the startup is looking for:
business analysts, systems analysts, data analysts;
DevOps engineers and Golang developers;
information security managers;
Java engineers;
database administrators;
3rd line technical support engineers.

The company is also looking for marketing specialists:
direct marketing manager;
affiliate marketing manager;
PPC specialist.
Regarding business areas , these are vacancies for managers / product owners, namely: credit products; credit risks; payments; accounts and reconciliation; collection; antifraud; trading (stocks and crypto); small and medium businesses.
"In addition to the fact that we have a lot of interesting work and a great team, every year we give all employees, without exception, options for our shares. In a few years, when we do an IPO, these options should bring in a significant income," added Dmytro Dubilet.

The Fintech Farm startup was founded in 2020 by three Ukrainians: monobank co-founder Dmytro Dubilet, former KPMG M&A head Mykola Bezkrovny, and Oleksandr Vityaz, founder of Corezoid.
In 2021, the startup launched a neobank in Azerbaijan. In 2023, in Vietnam, in 2024, in Kyrgyzstan , and this year, in India . Today, it has over 2 million customers.
