Firefox 148 for desktop, which will be released on February 24, will introduce a new AI control section in the browser’s settings. Users will be able to turn on the «Block AI improvements» feature. When enabled, they will not see pop-ups or reminders about using all AI features.
There is also a custom AI feature that lets you leave web page translation, PDF alt text, AI tab grouping, link previews, or Firefox’s AI chatbot in the sidebar.
