Specialized assistants based on artificial intelligence have started working on the "Diya.Business" portal, designed to simplify the lives of Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
The new tools work as personal navigators, helping users at all stages: from forming an idea and writing a business plan to finding financing and entering international markets. According to Mykhailo Fedorov, this launch brings Ukraine closer to the concept of an Agentic state - a state that anticipates the needs of citizens and offers comprehensive solutions upon a single request.
The system consists of five virtual assistants, each with its own specialization. "Robert" acts as the first point of contact, answering general questions and helping with navigation. "Foundry" accompanies beginners on the path from idea to business launch, and "Grant" focuses on financial opportunities and helps prepare a business plan to obtain funds. For those who seek to optimize processes, there is a "Smart" assistant, which advises solutions for digitalization, and a "Market" assistant is focused on exporters preparing to conquer foreign markets.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Office for Entrepreneurship Development emphasize that the implementation of AI is a response to the business need for speed and understandable tools for growth. Although digital assistants do not replace full-fledged consultations with live experts, they significantly save time on searching for information and structuring plans.
The project was implemented with the support of EPAM Systems and the USAID Cybersecurity Project. You can use the new services now on the portal's main page , after completing preliminary registration and verification.
