Each lot is a separate combination of six parameters: frame size, presence of additional guidance, type of communication, camera, frequencies of the video transmitter and signal receiver. Therefore, based on the needs of the units, the General Staff will be able to determine what characteristics of FPV drones the military needs, and manufacturers will be able to offer their models to meet these requirements.
The requirements of the Ministry of Defense were formed together with the General Staff, manufacturers and military personnel who directly work with such drones on the front. Also, for the new purchase of radio-controlled FPVs, restrictions on the concentration of orders were provided. So , one participant will not be able to receive more than 50% of the entire purchase. Thus, the Ministry of Defense wants to distribute orders between several suppliers and not depend on one manufacturer.
