I run a project exclusively with AI agents, they write code better than outsourced. The guys tried the free ChatGPT and said it doesn’t work. Yes, it doesn’t work.

These are 5 agents who collaborate and correct each other. Two seniors who check the code for the pull request. I am more of a technical architect. The PM is the sixth agent, he writes tasks for each sprint, and documents what has been done. All AIs are different models.

On the front page is what was written by the outsourcer, there are users there, it will be an update, in about 20-30 days there will be the first test. The outsourcer wanted 12 months, the AI ​​will do it in about three, the seniors are impressed (95% of the code does not need changes), that’s why I wrote that few people understand, but the train is moving forward.

What I can say for sure: to make it worse than it was, you need to work harder. Over the past ten years, I have not seen a single solution in big business that was reliably made (I have seen both Indian outsourcing and Ukrainian outsourcing).

For simple tasks, especially clean up/refactoring, I don’t stress at all. I think my future stack will be a mix of responsibilities: pm + dev + ai operator, I will just spend more time writing and controlling instructions for ai and communicating with the client/team.
