In the first quarter of 2026, EPAM Systems' revenue amounted to $1.400 billion, which is 7.6% more than in the same period last year - $1.302 billion .
Revenue geography:
North and South America: remains the largest market ($799 million), but is growing moderately — only 2.5%.
Europe, Middle East, Africa: shows an impressive jump of 15.9% ($576 million). This is the main driver of the company's growth at the moment.
Asia-Pacific: smallest market ($25 million), growth of 1.2%.
Revenues by industry — most sectors show positive dynamics:
Financial services: the largest segment ($350 million) with strong growth of +11.5%.
Software and Hi-Tech: also shows double-digit growth — +10.9% ($211 million).
consumer goods, retail and travel: growth of 7.2% ($274 million).
Healthcare: +5.9% ($164 million).
Media and information business: the only segment that showed a slight decline of -0.7% ($165 million).
In the second quarter, the company expects growth of about 4% to $1.415 billion.

For the first three months of 2026, the company's net profit was $82.5 million. A year ago, this figure was $73.5 million, which means there was an increase.
As of the first quarter of 2026, the company's total staff numbered over 62,750 employees, of which over 56,500 were delivery professionals. EPAM is currently represented in more than 55 countries and regions around the world.
In the same period last year, the company had 61,700 employees, of whom over 55,600 were technical specialists. As of the end of 2025, the company had 62,850 employees.
