Hetmantsev announced the launch of a new SOD RRO system "to identify risky transactions when making cash payments"

This was reported on his Telegram channel by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Hetmantsev.

«Another step towards transparency of relations between the payer and the tax authority. An analytical system for the SOD RRO has been developed to identify risky transactions when making cash payments. The project was implemented with the support of EU4PFM,» he said.

According to Hetmantsev, the system makes it possible to:

• quickly and fully receive information about business entities that have registered RRO/PRRO;
• analysis of data on settlement transactions carried out through RRO/PRRO;
• timely identification of tax risks, abnormal deviations in the amounts of both individual settlement transactions and revenues grouped according to certain criteria, and their effective management;
• introduce high-quality automatic selection of payers, exclusively in the presence of risks, for conducting factual checks;
• informing the public about the general indicators of settlements made by business entities through RRO/PRRO;
• creating a base for providing services to business entities that have registered a RRO/PRRO.

Recently, dev.ua wrote that Danylo Hetmantsev proposed granting the status of tax agents to digital platforms such as Uklon, Uber, or Bolt in a future bill.
