Studio GSC Game World has released another (this time not so big) patch that fixes several more errors and bugs in STALKER 2. The developers have promised that this is the last update for the game this year — the next one will be released in early 2025.
Studio GSC Game World has released another (this time not so big) patch that fixes several more errors and bugs in STALKER 2. The developers have promised that this is the last update for the game this year — the next one will be released in early 2025.
«We have prepared patch 1.1.3 for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which focuses on fixing inaccuracies in the main storyline, as well as bugs and crashes», — GSC noted.
The new package is not as massive (only 7.4 GB) as the previous one, which weighed in at around 110 GB and contained 1800 fixes, but it also contains a few interesting fixes:
The developers also reminded that there is now an option to back up user saves. You can find a copy of your saves in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Backup.

Let us remind you that STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has reached the finals of the annual Steam Awards in three categories. It can receive the award for the best «Game of the Year», as well as for «Most Innovative Gameplay» and «Luxurious Story». For the main award, the Ukrainian game will compete with the Russian Space Marine 2 and the Chinese Black Myth: Wukong.
