Jooble has launched Fitly, a new AI service that helps candidates edit their resumes and find jobs. The product has been launched in 38 countries since launch.
The Fitly service launched in early September 2025 and offers candidates tools for optimizing their resumes using AI. Roman Prokofiev, in a comment to Forbes, reported that Fitly already operates in 38 countries.
In its first month of operation, Fitly gained hundreds of thousands of users and brought Jooble 7% of its planned monthly revenue. Despite the launch, the company admits that candidates' willingness to pay for such AI tools remains low.
Market analysts also note that competition among resume optimization services is growing, for example, American Jobscan and Teal have already attracted millions of dollars in investment.
Fitly uses AI to select relevant vacancies, optimize CVs for keywords, create personalized cover letters, and determine the candidate's match score.
According to Jooble statistics, only 8% of resumes receive responses from employers, and 75% are not even opened. Fitly combines vacancies from different sources and automatically adapts resumes to specific requirements.
