According to him, more than 100 people are currently reserved in the company, which is about 10% of the total number of conscripts.
«Frankly speaking, this is not enough. Booking, in addition to the certainty that the employee will come to work tomorrow, also gives the possibility of temporary departure. That is, you can go to clients for several days or weeks. This is extremely important for our business. If we cannot go to our customers, then they will choose those countries from which they can come to them,» he said in an interview with NV and added that in order to be confident in the efficiency of the company’s Ukrainian branch tomorrow, it is necessary that the number of booked guests be somewhere 50%
Currently, according to CEO Intellias, there are fewer mobilized specialists than those with reservations. «About 80 people. This is about 8% of conscripts and about 4% of all personnel,» he said.
Sadler admitted that the company had problems with bookings until July.
«They had until July. We had a small number of people booked. This is very critical for our business. Now the situation is better thanks to the fact that you can now book people through the Diya portal. The question is relevant for us, because we are a people business. We don’t have machines, machines, factories, we work with people. If a person was walking down the street, our manager, and he gets into a bus and at one point disappears from business, that’s very bad,» he explained.
He said that there were cases when, due to busification, it was necessary to explain to clients for a very long time why the specialist could no longer work. «They don’t understand it. Why can a person disappear in one day and there is no time, for example two weeks, to hand over cases. It destroys trust. Especially in business, where a lot depends on it. After this, clients say: „We will go to work in Poland or Romania, somewhere else.“ Ukraine loses in any case,» he said.
The head of Intellias also said that he supports the concept «either fight or work to support the army.» And also — that the company is not considering an exit from «Diya.City», since the special regime gives an opportunity to obtain the status of a critical enterprise and book key engineers and managers. «This tool works, we need it,» Sadler noted.
