A petition calling for «Decriminalize the production of adult content so that law enforcement can deal with real crimes, not make controlled purchases of intimate photos» was published on June 27, and it took only five days to collect 25,000 signatures.
In the petition, Dvornikova noted that she had paid over 40 million UAH in taxes over five years, but law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings against her for producing pornographic materials.
The OnlyFans model calls on Zelensky to publicly support Bill No. 12191 and facilitate its early submission to the Verkhovna Rada. This bill proposes amendments to Article 301 of the Criminal Code, which prosecutes authors of adult content on Onlyfans and other platforms. In December 2024, it was supported by the Verkhovna Rada’s Law Enforcement Committee.
The petition was supported by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev, MPs Yaroslav Zheleznyak and Dmytro Hurin, as well as porn actress Yulia Senyuk, known under the pseudonym Josephine Jackson.
«Decriminalization of the production of erotic content will bring up to 500 million UAH per year to the Ukrainian budget, which will be enough to produce 24 thousand FPV drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Please do not be indifferent and sign an important petition,» Senyuk urged.
After receiving the required number of signatures on the president’s website, Dvornikova’s petition should receive the status «Under consideration» no later than in three working days. The consideration of the electronic petition should be carried out no later than ten working days after the announcement of the start of its consideration.
Support or non-support for an electronic petition is publicly announced by the President of Ukraine on the website of his official online representation.
