An old MAZ bus was transformed into a modern training center as part of the city’s «Defender of Kyiv» program. It was transferred to the Third Assault Brigade.
As reported by the city mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, within the framework of the city program «Defender of Kyiv», the municipal enterprise «Autotransport enterprise of the city of Kyiv» implemented such a project for the first time — it renovated and converted an old MAZ bus into a mobile school.
«The uniqueness of the bus lies in the autonomy of the equipment thanks to a powerful generator.
«This allows the training center to operate anywhere without a stationary power grid,» the mayor of the capital noted.
Comfortable conditions have been created inside: 9 workplaces, a sofa, a large TV for demonstrating educational materials, a coffee machine, and a kitchenette.
The project was implemented in several stages, since the bus was not new at all. The metal structure was completely replaced, the electrical system was updated, and the design was completed.
Artists painted the bus, and the furniture and branded materials were custom-made.
