The parent LLC «Kilobyte1024» is registered in Kyiv and is a resident of «Diya.City». The founders and ultimate beneficial owners, according to YouControl, are Oleg Horohovsky and Mykhailo Rogalsky.
The publication «MykVisti» notes that the branch of «Kilobayt1024» in Mykolaiv was registered on January 10. Its head is listed as Oleg Gorokhovsky. «We fulfill the legislative requirement to register a tax branch if there is an office / employees in the region,» Gorokhovsky explained to dev.ua.
