According to Opendatabot, during April-June , the White Business Club was updated by 32%. Currently, the register of honest taxpayers has 9,251 participants. The largest number of participants was a year ago — 9,673, the smallest in the third quarter of 2025 — 7,149.
Currently, 94% of the list is formed by companies — 8,673 businesses. Half of the companies on the list operate under the general taxation system — 4,788. Another 20% operate under the simplified system as 4 groups — 1,720, and as 3 groups — 1,689. 6% of businesses are also residents of «Diia.City» — 476 companies.
New major players appeared in the Club during the quarter. The largest of them was Kyivstar with UAH 43.8 billion in revenue last year.
The IT sector, or more precisely the category «Information and Telecommunications», ranks 6th in terms of the number of companies in the Club — it has 575 businesses or 6,6%. It should be noted that this category, in addition to IT, includes companies in the communications and media sectors.
The largest number of companies operates in agriculture — 1,808 (21%) and in trade and repair of transport — 1,772 (20%). 17% are involved in the processing industry (1,459), 7% each — in construction and real estate.
Let us remind you that starting in the summer of 2024, individual entrepreneurs and residents of «Diya.City» can be added to the «White Business Club».
Currently, there are 578 individual entrepreneurs among the Club members, or 6% of the total. 88% are on the simplified system (group 3), 12% are on the general taxation system.
Among the areas of activity with the largest number of individual entrepreneurs, the category «Information and telecommunications» is absent. The leaders are trade and repair of transport (221 participants), transport and logistics (73), and administration (54).
On June 18, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety draft law No. 11084 on the peculiarities of tax administration during martial law — the so-called law on the «White Business Club».
The goal is to formulate a community of transparent, conscientious taxpayers who interact with the state on the basis of trust, predictability, and partnership.
To be included in the «White Business Club», companies must meet strict criteria: in particular, they must have no tax arrears or violations of tax legislation for the past three years, timely submission of tax reports, a transparent ownership structure with open information about ultimate owners, and stable financial results.
