According to Qirim Tech representative Aslan Khakimov, this development is «a unique Ukrainian invention in the field of sectional airless wheels for military and civilian equipment.»
«This is the future not only for military equipment, but also for agricultural equipment! Our sectional airless wheels are ready to revolutionize both areas,» said Khakimov.
He noted that due to the absence of punctures, the equipment does not stop either in the field or on the front line; in addition, the wheels provide cross-country ability on any soil: swamp, sand, stones, arable land. They can be installed on tractors, combines, as well as NRKs, Humvees and APCs.
In a comment to «Military», Aslan Khakimov reported that the wheels are made of raw vulcanized rubber. According to him, the development is already in demand and has a number of customers, and he named three sizes of wheels that will definitely go into production:
Qirim Tech produces ground-based drones from the Revenge series in wheeled and tracked versions. The company is also working on a new autonomous drone of Crimean Tatar production, the QIRIM QROID AI. It is equipped with AI and is designed to evacuate the wounded and deliver supplies to the front lines.
