Choice31 is a marketing and business university created by Yevgenia Glizer and Artem Borodatyuk within the FRACTAL group of IT companies in 2021.
IAMPM is an online school founded in 2016 by Maria Kirichek and a partner. It specializes in non-technical IT majors: it has over 100,000 courses in such majors as Product & Project Management, Business Analytics, Sales, Bizdev, HR Management. It has 30,000+ students, including junior, mid, and senior talents.
The companies did not disclose the value of the deal, but Choice31 CEO and co-founder Evgenia Glizer noted that this is “a strategic investment in education that shapes thinking and provides businesses with trained professionals, not quick promises.”
According to IAMPM founder Mary Kirichek, over the past 4 years, the online school has become the only one on the market who is ready to guarantee employment for switchers who want to enter the digital sphere without having to write code. Now for IAMPM, the next stage has come — to change the standards of professional education in general. “This requires a partner with a strong culture and large-scale thinking. Choice31 has become such a partner for us,” added Kirichek.
"In the future, the integration of IAMPM products with the Choice31 educational portfolio will become the basic matrix for the development of both individual specialists and teams. Accordingly, the business will receive more effective solutions in the training of non-technical IT teams. The Choice31 team plans to develop new educational areas, offline formats, and further scale the educational model in Ukraine," the companies explained.
