The company recalled that due to disputes over the domain Citrus, it had been using a different digital address for some time — ctrs.ua.
The return of citrus.ua was the result of a legal and operational settlement. Details of the process are not disclosed, but they emphasize: for the brand, this is not just a technical return of the domain, but the restoration of one of its key digital assets.
The citrus.ua domain is part of the brand's recognition, search traffic, digital trust, and customer experience that has been built over the years, the company added. It is at this address that customers are accustomed to searching for equipment, comparing gadgets, choosing new products, and interacting with the brand online.
"For us, citrus.ua is more than a domain. It is the brand's digital home. We are not just returning the website address, we are returning to customers a clear entry point to the official Citrus: with guarantees, service, expertise, and the same drive that has always distinguished us in the market," comments the company's owner, Artur Hatunok.
The return of the domain takes place against the backdrop of a business restart. As of today, the Citrus chain has 48 stores with a total area of about 23,000 sq. m. In 2025, revenue amounted to 4 billion UAH. At the same time, Artur Hatunok predicted that Citrus's revenue would increase to 9 billion UAH in 2026.
The company explains that the new stage is not just about returning the domain, but also about rebuilding the client route.
"The official website, stores, service, trade-in, consultations, electric vehicle test drives, expert content, and communications should work as a single system. The focus is on Citrus being not just a place to buy equipment, but a clear tech retail brand with strong service, expertise, and emotion," the company explained.
