Yuriy Romanyukha, managing partner of the ICLUB business angel syndicate and TA Ventures venture fund, has resigned. The reason for his departure was the breakdown of partnership relations and a corporate conflict with the founder of both structures, Victoria Tigipko.
Romanyukh wrote about the termination of his work on social networks, noting that he no longer represents the organization from July 1, 2026. As Forbes Ukraine reports , citing sources in the investment market, there are unresolved issues between the partners regarding payments based on the results of work and Romanyukh's share in ICLUB.
The disagreements lasted for several months and concerned agreements reached at the beginning of cooperation - in particular, regarding the distribution of shares and bonuses for achieving goals. Currently, Yuriy Romanyukha owns a minority stake in ICLUB and plans to completely exit the business by selling it to Victoria Tigipko. The potential deal is estimated at up to $1 million.
The parties have engaged legal advisors to complete all formalities. Victoria Tigipko stated that the personnel changes will not affect the strategic plans and operational activities of the structures, which continue to operate as usual. She also added that some of the information published in the media is not true, but the details remain confidential in accordance with the agreements.
Yuriy Romanyukha noted that during his work he was faced with the task of developing a new strategy and making the company profitable. According to him, since 2023 ICLUB has reached operating profitability. In the future, the ex-top manager plans to launch his own project at the intersection of fintech, venture capital and physical artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2018, ICLUB is part of the TA Ventures fund and allows private investors to invest in startups with checks starting at $5,000. Over the eight years of its existence, the club's investment volume has reached $75 million.
