The engineer spoke about the launch of the course on LinkedIn.
An FPGA is a chip that can be configured for a specific task after it is manufactured. And Zynq combines a regular processor and an FPGA, a programmable part that can be adapted to a specific task, in one chip.
For example, in a drone, the processor can be responsible for controlling and running programs, while the FPGA can process video from a camera, signals from sensors, or data from a communication system in parallel with almost no delay. Similar chips are also used in radars, computer vision systems, and other technology where fast processing of a large number of signals is important.
The course program begins with an explanation of the Zynq architecture and the differences between the processor part and programmable logic. Matvienko then goes on to explain:
