China has completely taken over the humanoid robot market. 97% of global supplies come from there. Why did this happen?

This is evidenced by the data of the Smart Analytics Global report, which Bloomberg refers to.
During the period, global shipments of humanoid robots amounted to approximately 19,100 units, which is more than three times higher than the figures for the same period last year, when only 5,100 units of humanoid robots were shipped.
Analysts expect shipments of such high-tech products to grow to approximately 60,000 units this year and reach half a million humanoid robots by 2030.
Meanwhile, the vast majority of these robots are Chinese. Shanghai-based Agibot overtook Hangzhou-based Unitree Robotics to take first place in market share.
Agibot accounts for 44% of global shipments (8,400 robots in the first six months of this year). Their domestic competitor Unitree has shipped 5,900 humanoid robots to users.
At the same time, leading American robotics companies Tesla Inc, Figure AI, and Agility Robotics are significantly lagging behind their Chinese competitors and still occupy only a very small market share.
Recall that in late July, the US banned the import of new Chinese humanoid and quadruped robots, as well as some components. The main argument was the risks to national security and cybersecurity.
The publication writes that while the number of humanoid robots actually used in commercially productive tasks remains small, China’s political support and funding from their government are helping to accelerate robots' path to the mainstream.
As dev.ua wrote, the world’s first operation using remotely controlled humanoid robots was performed in the United States.
At the same time, the administration of US President Donald Trump announced a ban on the import of new Chinese robots and inverters.
