More than 217,000 numbers ported to lifecell in half a year. If you port your number to your old SIM card by the end of July, you will receive three packages for the price of one

The number porting service continues to be popular with subscribers, as shown by the latest data from the National Commission for State Regulation in the Sphere of Electronic Communications (NCEC). In June of this year, almost 11.9 thousand out of 20.5 thousand numbers that changed their operator chose lifecell. And in 6 months of 2025, a total of almost 317 thousand subscribers ported their numbers to other operators, which is 2.7 times more than in the same period in 2024 (117 thousand).

Last year, more than 340 thousand subscribers used the MNP service — this is 5 times more than in 2022, when there were about 70 thousand such users. Throughout the entire period of MNP in Ukraine, lifecell remains the most popular «destination» during number migration. In general, about seven out of ten Ukrainian mobile users who changed their operator since May 2019 chose lifecell.

The reasons for «mobile migration» can be different. Most often, the motive for choosing the MNP service is financial reasons, network quality or special conditions from operators. In particular, lifecell periodically updates its service packages and creates attractive promotional offers to encourage new users.

Currently, MNP subscribers can activate the " Maxi " tariff with unlimited Internet for 190 UAH for 4 weeks (with timely payment), as well as take advantage of the " Your SIM " promotion, which is valid until the end of July. Under its terms, if you transfer the number to an old active lifecell card, you can get three tariff packages of services for the price of one paid one.

Additional benefits are provided by the " Tariff Subscription " from lifecell — the opportunity to purchase 6 or 12 service packages with a benefit of up to 15% at a fixed price. At the same time, the XL tariff subscription for 12 service packages can be paid in installments. Thus, when porting a number from other operators to the «Maxi» tariff and paying for 12 service packages in advance, the subscriber actually pays only 161.5 UAH/4 weeks (in terms of one service package) instead of 190 UAH/4 weeks.

lifecell is also working to ensure that its network operates reliably despite the challenges of a full-scale war. Most of the operator’s base stations are already equipped with batteries and generators and will be able to operate autonomously for up to 10 hours in the event of power supply problems.
