As he wrote on his Facebook, the company noticed that many businesses talk about using artificial intelligence, but the teams' actual skills in working with it often remain superficial.
«Almost everyone is talking about AI now. But there’s a huge difference between ‘we’re using AI’ and ‘everyone on the team actually knows how to work with it,’» he noted.
To close this gap, the company has launched an internal two-week experiment called Agent Practice Sprint, which runs from March 2 to 13.
Within the sprint, all employees — Engineers, marketers, product managers, lawyers, and other professionals were given the same task: to find the most routine or annoying task in their work and replace it with an AI agent.
Kosovan explained: this is not about educational workshops or theoretical exercises. Participants have to create a real solution that can be used in work the next day.
«Reading about AI and building with AI are two completely different experiences. Until you try it yourself, you remain an observer. And we want everyone on the team to cross that line,» Kosovan wrote.
The sprint will end on March 14, after which Kosovan plans to summarize and share the results of the experiment.
