First, the high speed of recruiting. Today is an interview, tomorrow is a security check, and the day after that is a polygraph. «They don’t like to delay processes here,» says Victoria.
Secondly, the Security Service screening and polygraph are a must. «It will be almost everywhere. Don’t be scared: after the first time it is perceived as a normal stage, sometimes even an interesting experience,» the specialist explains.
Third, they value a relevant background. «Experience in IT, military service, volunteering, charity or defense projects — all of this significantly increases the chances of a match with the company,» notes Victoria.
Fourth, maximum NDA. «Most of the information is under non-disclosure agreements. At the start, you may only know the location of the office… and not always,» adds HR.
Fifth, high requirements for expertise. According to Victoria, companies are not looking for «promising» specialists, but strong specialists who are ready to immediately deliver results.
Sixth, work is mostly done from the office. «Due to security restrictions, remote work is more of an exception than a rule,» the specialist explains.
Seventh, refusal is possible even with top experience. The reasons, Mirkevych points out, can be different: fines, public activity on social networks, dubious subscriptions, family ties, etc.
Eighth, maximum honesty in communication. It’s better to say everything at once — hiding something won’t work in any case, advises Victoria.
Ninth, they ask about AI. «They really value this experience,» HR notes.
