It is known that these kamikaze drones have two modifications, which differ in the mass of the combat load. In addition, the drone elements have a protective coating that ensures stability when operating in field conditions.
One complex consists of a ground control station, a control panel, pilot goggles, a mast, and dozens of drones.
«The first TOKKO kamikaze drones have already been tested in real combat; they successfully hit enemy equipment,» the press service of the Ministry of Defense quotes Deputy Minister Dmitry Klimenkov.
As previously reported, the SBU uses a new modification of the RAM 2 kamikaze drones.
Back in January, the first tests were conducted for kamikaze jet drones created by Ukrainian developers.
In the six months since the beginning of 2024, the Ministry of Defense has codified and approved for operation more than 70 samples of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), all of them produced in Ukraine. For comparison, last year, about 60 UAVs of various purposes were codified.
