The Ministry of Digital Affairs said that only 4% of Ukrainians spend "a thousand rubles" on donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This may be an error due to the counting system of some banks

Recently, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said that more than 2 million Ukrainians have already received funds under the Winter eSupport program.
He also named the areas where this financial assistance is spent the most:
— Municipal services — 63%;
— Mobile communication — 17%;
— Donate to the Defense Forces of Ukraine — 4%.
A Twitter user (X) with the nickname S0NN1 CR0CK3TT wrote in a post that he has doubts about such a low percentage of donations to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
“Look, I transferred a thousand to the PZH (the “Return Alive” fund — ed.), and then I went into the analytics on the cashback card and the expense is listed as “payment for utilities”. Under the post, its author noted that he made the transfer through Oschadbank.
In discussions, other users write that PrivatBank and Monobank "count" donations accurately, providing relevant screenshots:
Users also note that this is possible internally, as banking shows, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs could conduct analytics specifically on the code.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs told what Ukrainians spend their "votnye 1000" on. Only 4% was directed to donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
