Ukraine launches MISTO platform to help digitalize cities

The MISTO platform helps create safe and modern cities where residents are always at the center of attention. MISTO combines tools for transparent governance, rapid interaction with residents, and decision-making based on real-time data. Thanks to this, citizens stay in touch with their cities.

MISTO is a solution designed to facilitate the use of city services and improve interaction between the city and its residents. It consists of two key components: a digital platform for city authorities and a mobile application for city residents and visitors.

Main functions of the platform:

• A mobile application for citizens. The set of functions is customized according to the needs of a specific city. MISTO provides access to administrative services, transport services, maps of Inviolability Points, alarm notifications, petitions, surveys and other relevant information of your city.

• Analytical dashboards. Real-time data that helps make effective decisions and monitor the development of the city.
