Horohovsky noted that currently, 530 legal entities pay salaries for 94,000 employees through monobank.
«Now we have a question — how to show the „piano class“?! How to make corporate clients choose us, that is, switch to our payroll services and transfer their employees or at least offer them as an alternative to the old bank?», — wrote the co-founder of monobank in his Telegram.
According to him, an issue that can be solved with money is «not a problem, but an expense.»
«We will try to solve this issue with money. I would say with huge money. So… We pay 1% cashback to the enterprise from the amount of wages that they paid to our cards to their employees. No one has ever done this anywhere,» said Oleg Horohovsky.
He called this campaign «rational cashback» and urged «managers» of budget funds to take advantage of it.
The monobank website states that the 1% cashback payment will last for 12 months. All Ukrainian companies that have opened their payroll projects with monobank can take part in the promotion.
Cashback is accrued on the 1st of the month based on the results of the previous month. Payment is made only to monobank cards. Any types of payments that are in the list of the salary project are taken into account.
Monobank notes that cashback is 1% of the total amount of deposits for the reporting month, with no restrictions on the maximum amount.
