The service is available at doc.mono.bank and at the time of publication looks like an early version of the product with basic functionality. At the same time, the very fact of its launch may indicate a new direction for monobank’s development — going beyond banking and towards B2B tools, notes kosht.media.
Currently, monodoc allows you to upload documents, sign them, and share them with other users. Several options are supported for «For.signature»: file keys, Action.Signature, and the bank’s own electronic signature — monoKEP .
The user can create a public link to the document, add signers by name or email, rename the file, or prepare it for printing. The interface is minimalistic and free of complex scripts — in fact, it is a basic tool for signing and exchanging documents.
However, there is currently no information about the service’s tariffs or business model.
The launch of such a product looks like a continuation of monobank’s previous steps in the field of electronic signature. Back in 2022, the bank integrated the ability to sign documents via «Diya» directly into the application, and later added its own electronic key — monoKEP .
At the same time, the bank still did not have a separate product for full-fledged work with documents — storage, exchange, and multilateral signature.
Despite the lack of official statements, there are several signs that monodoc is indeed connected to monobank. In particular, authorization in the service is done through the bank, and emails come from the domain monobank.ua.
In addition, the mono.bank domain is already used by the company for technical documentation related to open banking.
In parallel with the launch of the new product, applications were filed for registration of the trademarks monodoc, doc.mono.bank, and doc monobank. However, these applications appeared only recently, and the applicants are not formally disclosed.
Interestingly, a similar product was launched in 2024 by monobank co-founder Dmytro Dubilet — the Dubidoc service. It is also focused on signing and exchanging documents in digital format.
