The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has published a decision to grant permission to Crestline Limited to gain control over Fintech Bend LLC, which is the developer and technology operator of the neo-bank.
The bank's co-founder Oleg Horohovsky told Economic Truth that together with Mykhailo Rogalsky, they increased their stake in Fintech Band through Crestline Limited. Details of the deal amount were not disclosed, but it was specified that it was agreed upon by all parties.

Oleksandr Nagornyak, whose first and last name coincide with a person who, according to her LinkedIn page, has been working at Fintech Band since 2016 as a Software Developer.
Information about Fintech Bend LLC in YouControl notes that the "tovka" is owned by former heads of Privatbank - Oleg Gorokhovsky and Mykhailo Rogalsky. Each of them has a 31.96% direct ownership share and another 5.24% through intermediaries. Other co-owners include Yevgenia Kryvenko, the Cypriot company Nisets Limited (both 14%), and Darya Bukreeva with 8%.
In a comment to the EP, Oleg Horohovsky reported that future changes in the composition of shareholders are taking place within the framework of the company's development strategy. The emergence of Cypriot companies Crestline and Nisets is a normal international practice used for the convenience of corporate governance. Both structures are registered as tax residents of Ukraine and pay all taxes here, which is confirmed by data from the registers.
"The company will continue to operate as usual. Our focus remains on the development of Monobank, the Mono ecosystem, and innovations in fintech and e-commerce," said Horokhovsky.
According to YouControl, Fintech Band's revenue in 2024 decreased by 1.5 times to UAH 3.71 billion, while net profit decreased by 2.7 times to UAH 1.15 billion.
