Ukrainian agrarian, founder of the Feodal company Andriy Demyanovich launched a free application «moE», designed for landowners so that they can quickly view information about their plots.
«From now on, anyone who owns a plot of land can view information in the convenient mobile application „moE“. And it’s free! That’s it! Our experience has shown that most people do not know their cadastral number or do not know where to look for it. Now you just need to download our application, go through verification through Diya.Pydpis, and without any input of the cadastral number or searches — get your data about the plot and complete information about the rights to it (SZK + DRRPNM). Yes, yes, with maps, validity periods, subjects, etc.,» he said and added that the application will be a good friend in your pocket for those who want to know everything about their plot.
Previously, according to Andriy, land documents existed only on paper, and there were no electronic registers. Then the State Land Cadastre appeared, which became the main resource until 2013. Later, the State Register of Real Property Rights to Real Estate (SRPRNM) also began to function. «It turned out that old-style documents may not be entered into these registers correctly. This creates certain problems for land owners when they need to carry out some actions with real rights,» he explained.
If the plots are not visible, this may be due to several reasons: errors in the cadastral number or in the information about the owner, or the plot is in the land cadastre, but it is not in the register of property rights. This can be easily corrected by contacting the ASC. There may also be other errors, for example, in the digits of the landowner’s TIN or his surname.
Currently, the application is used by about 10,000 users.
The application features are as follows:
Access to complete information about the plot: view the cadastral number, land use, area, and other attribute data.
Lease information: get data on current lease agreements — expiration dates, counterparties, etc.
Location and boundaries: View the boundaries of your plot and its location on the map.
«You no longer need to order extracts or remember the cadastral number. Just download the application and have all the data about your land plots at your fingertips!», — says the product description.
Ukrainians have created a free social network for finding friends. How the svoi. application works, which has already united 400 people from different parts of the world
