MOYO reported the complete destruction of its warehouse in the capital as a result of a Russian strike.

The retailer announced this on its social media.

«Today is a very difficult day for MOYO. An enemy strike completely destroyed our warehouse. All necessary services are working on site all night and morning. The most important thing is that people are alive,» the company said in a statement.

MOYO noted that work continued ahead to eliminate the consequences of the attack and restore operational activities.

Despite the loss of inventory, the company is continuing to accept new orders for items currently listed on its website. The retailer said it will make every effort to ship them as soon as possible. If orders are unable to be fulfilled, customers will be refunded.

The company also appealed to customers who had already placed orders earlier, asking them to be understanding of possible delays.

«We lost the squad. But we didn’t lose the team. We didn’t lose faith. We didn’t lose the desire to continue working. It will not be easy ahead. But step by step we will resume work,» MOYO emphasized.

The company added that it plans to rebuild the destroyed infrastructure and resume work together with the team, partners, and customers. Most importantly, the company emphasized, no employees were killed during the attack.
